Community Centre Activities

Monday's programme

Parents and toddlers: 10am - 12 noon. 50p per child entrance fee.
A play session for the children in our fully equipped play rooms.

Lunch club: 12 noon - 1pm. £1.50 per person.
A specially prepared 2 course lunch.

Holistic therapies: 1pm - 3pm. Free.
Includes sessions on Aromatherapy, Indian head massage and Relaxation.

Try you hand at using a computer: 1pm - 3pm. Free.
A basic introduction for the complete beginner.

Keep fit: 7pm - 9pm. Free.
Exercise class for all ages.

Tuesday's Programme

Coffee morning: 10 am - 12 noon. 50p per person entrance fee.
Tea, coffee and snacks.

Using the Internet: 10am - 12.30pm. Free
A 10 week course on how to use the Internet leading to a certificate on completion.

Healthy eating and weight loss: 6pm - 8pm. Free.
Sessions for all ages.

Wednesday's programme

Parent and toddlers: 10am - 1pm. 50p per child entrance fee.
"same as Monday"

Bingo: 1pm - 3pm. 50p per game.
Fun sessions with added prize money.

Computers from scratch: 1pm - 3pm. Free.
Learn the basics of word processing, spreadsheet and database.

Keep fit: 7pm - 9pm. Free
